Blank cosmetic tube with roller balls
It is a 40mm diameter blank cosmetic tube with roller balls 5pcs, which is a massage head, the five balls are stainless steel, they can roll freely and each ball is 8mm diameter. When the formula flows from the center orifice, it will also be applied on each ball and helps the formula applicate smoothly and freely. The balls massage also will help the absorption of the formula.
Shoulder injection
The process is an injection molding process. The injection shoulder and head are integrated. Its structure and shape determine the plastic cosmetic tube's shape and header feature. There are various molds of injection shoulder in our factory, that's to meet requirements from different customers. If the existing molds cannot satisfy our customer, a new injection shoulder mold needs to be made.
